A trailed flax strip turner consists of a pickup drum with a feeler wheel, a mechanism to turn flax strips, a mechanism to transport the flax strips to the land, a wheeled mover. The mechanism to turn flax strips is made as a conveyer of two continuous flat belts in such a manner as to allow clamping of a flax strip between branches thereof and turning thereof together with the belts of the conveyer for 180 DEGREE . In the place of turning for 90 DEGREE of the belts of the conveyer the branches of the belts, between which a flax strip is disposed, are spring-loaded with special rollers. The mechanism to transport the flax strips to the land is made as at least two continuous belts in such a manner as allow fixing a flax belt between branches thereof and transporting thereof to the land in the fixed state. In doing so the movement of the conveyers is agreed between each other.
