Provided is a chromatographic method for collecting blood coagulation factor VII and/or activated blood coagulation factor VII from a plasma-derived fraction with high yield. According to the method of the present application, it becomes possible to collect the desired blood coagulation factor VII and/or activated blood coagulation factor VII with yield as high as 90% or more by allowing a portion of blood coagulation factor VII and/or activated blood coagulation factor VII, which remains in a non-adsorbed fraction that is not adsorbed onto a first anion exchange resin, to be adsorbed onto a second anion exchange resin.
