A panel with double vertical suspension modules in the form of bags for hydroponic cultivation of plants, comprising: a) a support structure formed by two vertical support posts having many bends; two tie strips mounted on vertical struts and mounting holes for fastening horizontal rods to the location of suspension modules mounted on vertical struts; b) double vertical suspension modules in the form of geotextile felt bags that are located on horizontal bars fixed on vertical struts, and can be easily installed or removed in rows; c) L-shaped pipe network, drainage channel and hydraulic pump; and d) a structure with a plastic coating and passive ventilation system, acting due to the pressure difference resulting from the entry of cold air from the bottom of the panel and the release of hot air through a fixed ventilation device on the roof in the upper part of the greenhouse with the formation of the greenhouse due to the panel design; while the racks provide panel support and proper structural strength. 2.
