PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifying module which prevents a titanium oxide particle as a filler from falling out or dusting, is easy to handle, and can guide blood or the like to flow so smoothly and thoroughly inside the module that each titanium oxide particle may exhibit effectively the purifying performance.SOLUTION: The blood purifying module includes a cartridge 3 for holding titanium oxide particles 2 inside a body case 1 furnished with an inflow entrance and an outflow exit, wherein the cartridge 3 has internally a plurality of pipelines 4 blocked in the outflow exit side the pipelines 4 and the outer circumferential surfaces are formed by porous walls 5, 6, and a space surrounded by the porous walls 5, 6 is filled with the titanium oxide particles 2 and the outer circumferential surfaces are not directly connected to the inflow entrance, but directly connected to the outflow exit.
