The system for dispensing refrigerated products comprises an apparatus having an insulated compartment (12) predisposed to contain at least one container (2) of a product to be dispensed. The container (2) comprises a flexible bag of waterproof material having a dispensing element (20) at the bottom. Cooling means are associated with the insulated compartment (12) for keeping the product contained in the container (2) at a refrigerated storage temperature and heating means for bringing said product to a dispensing temperature higher than the refrigerated storage temperature. Dispensing means are movable between a closing position of said dispensing element (20) and an opening position in which the discharge of the product to be dispensed from the container (2) by virtue of the force of gravity is allowed.
