The plurality of flavor samples are selected according to a sensory test for requesting diversity of coffee flavors and an expression level to a plurality of panels； and a gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O) result for result data of the sensory test. The coffee flavor classified table classifies the plurality of flavor samples by a flavor type and a flavor expression pattern. The teaching material is about each of the flavor samples； and includes a name, an associated image, explanation, and a component graph for each of the flavor samples. The plurality of visual impression cards correspond to each of the flavor samples； and include the name and the associated image for each of the flavor samples.
