PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the appropriate and alternative selection of a sterilizing treatment that is suitable for an object to be sterilized between a negative pressure sterilizing treatment and a normal pressure sterilizing treatment and the adjustment of an environmental condition in which ozone reacts efficiently in any selected sterilizing treatment.SOLUTION: The ozone gas sterilizing apparatus is configured to have the inside of a sterilizing chamber 33 at a negative pressure by discharging air inside the sterilizing chamber 33 for housing the object to be sterilized in an air-tight manner and enables a user to select alternatively between the negative pressure sterilizing treatment in which the sterilizing chamber 33 is kept at the negative pressure and the normal pressure sterilizing treatment in which the sterilizing chamber 33 is not kept at the negative pressure in sterilizing the object to be sterilized by introducing the ozone gas to the inside of the sterilizing chamber 33. Further, the ozone gas sterilizing apparatus is equipped with a structure to appropriately adjust humidity, ozone concentration, a pressure, and a temperature of the inside of the sterilizing chamber 33 to control in such a manner to optimize the environmental condition when the negative pressure sterilizing treatment or the normal pressure sterilizing treatment is performed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】陰圧滅菌処理と常圧滅菌処理とのうちから、滅菌対象物に適した滅菌処理を適宜択一的に選択できるようにし、選択されたいずれの滅菌処理に際しても、オゾンが効率よく反応できる環境条件を整えることができるようにすること。【解決手段】滅菌対象物を気密に収納する滅菌室33内の気体を排気して滅菌室33内を陰圧にできるようにしておき、滅菌室33内にオゾンガスを導入して滅菌対象物を滅菌するに際して、滅菌室33を陰圧にする陰圧滅菌処理と滅菌室33を陰圧にしない常圧滅菌処理とを択一的に選択可能とし、また、滅菌室33内の湿度、オゾン濃度、圧力、温度を適宜調節できる仕組みを設けておき、陰圧滅菌処理をする場合にも常圧滅菌処理をする場合にもそれらの環境条件が最適になるよう制御できるようにした。【選択図】図2
