The invention relates to a composition strongly enriched with anti-A and/or anti-B polyclonal immunoglobulins, comprising polyclonal human immunoglobulins, characterised in that at least 80 wt.-% of the polyclonal human immunoglobulins present in the composition are anti-A or anti-B polyclonal human immunoglobulins, for use as a drug, particularly in the treatment of polycythemia and/or autoimmune diseases, and in particular peripheral autoimmune thrombocytopenia.La présente invention concerne une composition fortement enrichie en immunoglobulines polyclonales anti-A et/ou anti-B, comprenant des immunoglobulines humaines polyclonales, caractérisée en ce quau moins 80% en poids des immunoglobulines humaines polyclonales présentes dans la composition sont des immunoglobulines humaines polyclonales anti-A ou anti-B, pour son utilisation en tant que médicament, notamment dans le traitement des polyglobulies et/ou des maladies autoimmunes, et en particulier des thrombopénies périphériques autoimmunes.
