PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter enabling a transplanting rod to be easily attached and detached at maintenance, and enabling a cam to be efficiently maintained.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter 164 is constituted of a rotary case 201, an eccentric spindle 202, and the transplanting rod 203. The transplanting rod 203 is constituted of a case member 211, a fork member 212 and a slide member 213. A control arm 215 is axially supported by the case member 211 so as to be turnably moved to control the advancing and retreating action of a slide member 213 by being linked to the slide member 213.
