The present invention relates to an enzyme for producing mono- or di-hydroxy derivatives based on polyunsaturated fatty acid and a mono- or di-hydroxy derivatives production method using the same. According to the present invention, the enzyme provides an effect of producing mono- or di-hydroxy derivatives through one reaction by using polyunsaturated fatty acid as a substrate, thereby being useful in in-vitro production of mono- or di-hydroxy derivatives of polyunsaturated fatty acid.
