Methods of transferring a plurality of plant somatic embryos to germination medium are provided. Each of the methods includes the steps of: (a) depositing a plurality of plant somatic embryos on a surface of a substrate, wherein the substrate has a top surface and a bottom surface； (b) inverting the substrate with the disposed plurality of plant somatic embryos over germination medium contained in a container such that the plurality of plant somatic embryos disposed on the top surface of the substrate are opposite to and facing a surface of the germination medium； and (c) applying a sufficient force to the bottom surface of the substrate.La présente invention concerne des procédés de transfert d'une pluralité d'embryons somatiques de plante vers un milieu de germination. Chacun de ces procédés comporte les étapes consistant à (a) déposer plusieurs embryons somatiques de plante sur une surface d'un substrat, le substrat ayant une surface supérieure et une surface inférieure, (b) renverser le substrat avec la pluralité des embryons somatiques de plante y étant disposés au-dessus d'un milieu de germination contenu dans un contenant de sorte que la pluralité des embryons somatiques de plante disposés sur la surface supérieure du substrat se trouvent face à une surface du milieu de germination, et (c) appliquer une force suffisante sur la surface inférieure du substrat.
