PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant capable of avoiding sinkage of a bone and a soft tissue by acquiring an effective barrier by growth of the bone in a groove or a recess.SOLUTION: The implant comprises a first part 4' designed to be fitted into the jawbone 2 and a hole formed in a soft tissue at the upper part thereof, and disposed to come into contact with an upper edge 2b of the jawbone. The implant includes a groove 9 on the first part 4b', and the groove 9 extends across the whole circumference of an outer surface 4c of the first part 4b' and substantially extends in a cross section orthogonal to a longitudinal axis 4e of the implant 1.
