The invention relates to organic chemistry, more particularly to a novel crystal modification of a para-methoxyanilide of 6-hydroxy-4-oxo-2,4-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo-[3,2,1-ij]quinoline-5-carboxylic acid which has diuretic properties and can be used in the chemical pharmaceutical industry and in medicine. The aim of the present invention is to produce a novel crystal modification of a para-methoxyanilide of 6-hydroxy-4-oxo-2,4-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo-[3,2,1-ij]quinoline-5-carboxylic acid which has more advantageous pharmaceutical and biological properties. This aim is achieved in that a novel crystal modification of a para-methoxyanilide of 6-hydroxy-4-oxo-2,4-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo-[3,2,1-ij]quinoline-5-carboxylic acid (β-form) is produced which is characterized by the following interplanar spacing (d) and relative intensity of reflection (IOTH) values: and also exhibits an enhanced diuretic effect.L'invention concerne la chimie organique et notamment une nouvelle modification cristalline de para-méthoxyanilide à propriétés diurétiques de l'acide 6-hydroxy-4-oxo-2,4-dihydro-1N-pyrrolo-[3,2,1-ij]quinoléine-5-carbonique qui peut s'utiliser dans l'industrie chimico-pharmaceutique et en médecine. Le but visé par l'invention est la production d'une nouvelle modification cristalline de para-méthoxyanilide de l'acide 6-hydroxy-4-oxo-2,4-dihydro-1N-pyrrolo-[3,2,1-ij]quinoléine-5-carbonique possédant des propriétés pharmaceutiques et biologiques plus avantageuses. Cet objectif est réalisé grâce au fait que l'on a obtenu une nouvelle modification cristalline de para-méthoxyanilide de l'acide 6-hydroxy-4-oxo-2,4-dihydro-1N-pyrrolo-[3,2,1-ij]quinoléine-5-carbonique (-forme), caractérisée par les valeurs suivantes des distances interplanaires (d) et des intensités relatives des réflexions (Irel.): et manifestant également un effet diurétique plus prononcé.Изобретение относится к органической химии, в частности касается новой кристаллической модификации обладающего диуретическими свойствами
