PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom cultivation method which is an artificial cultivation of Hanabiratake mushroom (wood cauliflower fungus) and other types of mushroom whose fruit body grows widely in lateral directions, in which fruit body is allowed to grow to a state where they can be efficiently automatically harvested.SOLUTION: In a mushroom cultivation method, a culture medium 30 is filled in a cultivation container 20, a top portion of the container is closed after inoculating a seed fungus 40a and a member 50 having a ventilating function is installed, they are cultured for a fixed period to germinate a fruit body 40b from the seed fungus, the top portion of the container is opened after a predetermined period has passed, and the fruit body is grown to a size being large enough to be harvested. A bottle-shaped container having an inner diameter 2r of the bottom surface larger than a height h is used as the cultivation container, an approximately truncated cone-shaped recess 30a which spreads upward from the vicinity of the center toward a peripheral portion is formed on the entire surface of the culture medium filled in the cultivation container, and grooves 30a1n are formed on a side surface 30a1 of the approximately truncated cone-shaped recess, and the seed fungus is inoculated on a bottom surface 30a2 of the approximately truncated cone-shaped recess formed on the entire surface of the culture medium.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】ハナビラタケ、その他の子実体が横方向に拡がって成長するタイプのキノコの人工栽培において、効率よく自動的に収穫可能な状態に子実体を成長させうるキノコ栽培方法の提供。【解決手段】栽培容器20に培地30を充填し、種菌40a接種後に容器の上部を閉じるとともに通気機能を有する部材50を装着し、一定期間培養して種菌から子実体40bを発芽させ、所定期間経過後、容器の上部を開口し、子実体を収穫可能な大きさに成長させるキノコ栽培方法において、栽培容器として高さhに比べて底面の内径2rが大きな瓶状の容器を用い、栽培容器に充填された培地の表面全体に、中心近傍から周縁部に向けて上方に拡がる略円錐形状のくぼみ30aを形成するとともに略円錐台形状のくぼみの側面30a1に溝30a1nを形成し、培地の表面全体に形成された略円錐台形状のくぼみの底面30a2に種菌を接種する。【選択図】図3
