PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iodine incorporated transfusion preparation which has a composition as simple as possible and can be stored stably for a long time without undergoing aging change, and a transfusion-containing container which contains the iodine-incorporated transfusion preparation.SOLUTION: An iodine incorporated lipophilic vitamin-containing liquid contains a solution containing an aliphatic vitamin which is at least one selected from vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin K, a solubilizing agent and a stabilizer and further containing an iodine ion and free from copper. The transfusion-containing container has a plurality of chambers partitioned by diaphragms being in communication with each other, in which a first chamber is filled with the iodine-incorporated lipophilic vitamin liquid, a second chamber is filled with a sucrose-containing solution, a third chamber is filled with an amino acid-containing solution, and a fourth chamber is filled with a copper-containing solution.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 できるだけ簡単な構成で、経時変化を受けることなく長期間安定に保存できるヨウ素配合輸液製剤および該ヨウ素配合輸液製剤を含有する輸液入り容器を提供すること。【解決手段】ビタミンA、ビタミンD、ビタミンEおよびビタミンKから選ばれる少なくとも1種である脂溶性ビタミンを含有し、かつ可溶化剤および安定剤を含有する溶液が、さらにヨウ素イオンを含有しかつ銅不含であるヨウ素配合脂溶性ビタミン含有液によって解決される。また、連通可能な隔壁によって仕切られた複数の室を有する容器の第1室に上記ヨウ素配合脂溶性ビタミン液を充填し、第2室に糖含有溶液を充填し、第3室にアミノ酸含有溶液を充填し、第4室に銅含有溶液を充填してある輸液入り容器によっても解決される。【選択図】 図1
