The present invention refers to a pharmaceutical composition which, in addition to allowing or producing an effective and specific immune response against Aβ40 (the antibodies produced are specific for Aβ40 without significantly binding to Aβ42), increases said response compared with the response produced by other conjugates also comprising CysAβ(33-40) peptide and KLH, and in which said elements have been bound or conjugated by means of another crosslinking agent that also allow the binding of a peptide to the transport protein.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique qui, en plus de permettre ou de produire une réaction immunitaire spécifique contre Aβ40 (les anticorps produits sont spécifiques de Aβ40 sans se lier significativement à Aβ42), augmente ladite réponse par comparaison à la réponse produite par d'autres conjugués comprenant également le peptide Cys Aβ(33-40) et KLH, et dans laquelle lesdits éléments ont été liés ou conjugués par un autre agent de réticulation permettant également la liaison d'un peptide à la protéine de transport.
