The present invention provides electric field sensitive hydrogel in which carbon materials are dispersed in polymer hydrogel in an IPN form, a drug carrier using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. The electric field sensitive hydrogel of the present invention has high compression strength for preventing the damage when the hydrogel is produced into a patch, and has high electric field sensitivity under high voltage.본 발명에서는 IPN 형태의 고분자 하이드로겔에 탄소재료가 분산된 전기장 감응성 하이드로겔, 그를 이용한 약물전달체 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다.본 발명의 전기정 감응성 하이드로겔은 압축강도가 높아 패치형태로 제작되는 경우 파손에 강하며, 특히, 고전압하에서의 전기장 감응성이 높다.
