A tracheal tube has a sealing cuff (4, 61) with an expulsion chamber (5, 75) at its machine end. The expulsion chamber has a relatively small volume and has a ring of small openings (13, 71) around its upper end. A conduit (9, 79) connects the expulsion chamber (5, 75) to a resuscitation bag (12) so that a rapid, large volume of air can be supplied to the chamber, thereby creating air jets directed upwardly through the openings (13, 71) around its upper end to blow secretions up the trachea.La présente invention concerne un tube trachéal ayant un manchon d'étanchéité (4, 61) avec une chambre d'expulsion (5, 75) au niveau de son extrémité de machine. La chambre d'expulsion a un volume relativement petit et comporte un anneau de petites ouvertures (13, 71) autour de son extrémité supérieure.
