PURPOSE: A producing method of a propolis composition using natural green tea fermented yeast is provided to promote the absorption rate of active ingredients of propolis in the human body. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a propolis composition using natural green tea fermented yeast comprises the following steps: mixing brown sugar and bottled water in a weight ratio of 1:10 to obtain syrup； adding green tea into the syrup, and culturing green tea yeast at 20-40 deg C for 5-7 days by stirring the mixture once a day； drying and crushing propolis raw materials； mixing the propolis raw material powder, green tea fermented yeast liquid, and alcohol in a weight ratio of 100:100:35； fermenting the mixture at 20-40 deg C for 30 days in a fermentor having an automatic stirrer； filtering solid materials from the fermented mixture； stirring the filtrate at 60-80 deg C every hour for two weeks for removing the alcohol； and aging the liquid for more than a year.본 발명은 천연 녹차 효모를 이용하여 프로폴리스 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 녹차 효모를 배양하고 배양된 녹차 효모와 프로폴리스 원괴를 분쇄한 분말을 일정 비율로 혼합하고 주정을 첨가한 후에 이를 일정 온도에서 소정의 기간 동안 발효 및 숙성시킴으로써 수용성의 플라보노이드가 다량 함유된 조성물을 개시한다.
