The present invention relates to a bale gripper comprising: (i) a structural base for carrying or supporting the components； (ii) a screw-action element designed to be rotated into and grip a bale, thus allowing the bale gripper to move the bale； (iii) a gear motor for driving and moving said screw-action element； and (iv) a guide arm. The invention also includes a system for moving bales, comprising the bale gripper according to the invention and a hoist that allows the bale to be carried and moved in the horizontal and vertical directions. Finally, the invention also relates to the use of the gripper to move bales.La présente invention concerne une pince pour balles comprenant: (i) une base structurale pour appui ou support des composants； (ii) un élément à fonction de vis conçu pour pénétrer de manière rotative dans une balle et entrer en prise avec celle-ci, permettant ainsi à la pince de mettre en mouvement la balle； (iii) un motoréducteur pour actionnement et mise en mouvement dudit élément à fonction de vis； et (iv) un bras de guidage.
