The invention provides a treatment table (1) for use in physiotherapy treatment of a patient (25). A treatment platform (2) of the treatment table (1) comprises a headrest (5) and two armrests (6). The armrests (6) are arranged in a first position on either side (3, 4) of the headrest (5) in a width direction (W). Each armrest (6) is provided with adjusting means (8) for moving the armrest (6) from the first position to at least one second position which is lower than the first position. The adjusting means (8) are arranged to also move the armrest (6) inwardly in the width direction when moving the armrest (6) from the first position to the at least one second position. The adjustment means (8) are arranged to also tilt the armrest (6) in the width direction with the support surface (7) away from the treatment platform (2) when moving the armrest (6) from the first position to the at least one second position.De uitvinding verschaft een behandelingstafel (1) voor gebruik bij fysiotherapeutische behandeling van een patiënt (25).
