PURPOSE: An oral disintegrating tablet containing a sildenafil free base is provided to ensure quick disintegration without water within 30 seconds, and to enhance drug compliance of patients. CONSTITUTION: An oral disintegrating tablet contains a sildenafil free base, and two or more kinds of disintegrants. The disintegrants are selected from the group consisting of sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium, and crospovidone. The oral disintegrating tablet further contains an additive selected from the group consisting of a diluent, a flavoring agent, a corrigent, and a mixture thereof.본 발명은 실데나필 유리 염기； 및 전분 글리콜산 나트륨, 크로스카멜로오스 나트륨 및 크로스포비돈으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 2종 이상의 붕해제를 포함하는, 발기부전 치료용 구강 붕해정에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 구강 붕해정은 쓴 맛이 없고, 물 없이도 구강 내에서 30초 이내에 신속하게 붕해될 수 있으므로 환자들의 복약 순응도를 높일 수 있어 발기부전 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
