According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an apparatus for manufacturing a porous block comprising: a material accommodating portion for accommodating a first material in a powder form； a planar scanning portion for forming a printing layer by binding the first material with a predetermined two-dimensional pattern with respect to a first direction and a second direction in parallel with the plane surface while moving along the first direction or the second direction perpendicular to the first direction on the material accommodating portion； and a first material supplying portion for supplying the first material in a new powder form on an accommodating space of the accommodating portion or the printing layer. Through an alternative operation of the planar scanning portion and the first material supplying portion, a porous block in a three-dimensional shape can be manufactured.본 발명의 일 실시예는, 분말 형태의 제1 재료를 수용하는 재료수용부, 상기 재료수용부 상에서 제1 방향 또는 상기 제1 방향에 수직한 제2 방향을 따라 이동하며, 상기 제1 방향 및 상기 제2 방향에 평행한 평면에 대하여 사전에 설정된 2차원 패턴으로 상기 제1 재료를 결착시켜 프린트층을 형성하는 평면스캔부 및 상기 재료수용부의 수용공간 또는 상기 프린트층 상에 새로운 분말형태의 제1 재료를 공급하는 제1 재료공급부를 포함하고, 상기 평면스캔부와 상기 제1 재료공급부의 교번적인 동작에 의해, 3차원 형상의 다공성 블록을 제조하는, 다공성 블록 제조장치를 제공한다.
