A cosmetic product for hair bleaching or hair dyeing, which comprises a first part containing an alkali agent, a second part containing hydrogen peroxide, and a non-aerosol foamer container for discharging a mixed solution containing the first part and the second part in the form of foam, wherein the cosmetic product for hair bleaching or hair dyeing contains the following component (A) in the second part:(A) saturated aliphatic alcohols containing the following components (A1) and (A2):(A1) R1-OH(A2) R2-OHwherein R1 represents a C12-18 linear chain alkyl group, and R2 represents a C19-24 linear chain alkyl group.
