Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Reduzierung der Transpiration des Körpers und/oder zur Reduzierung des durch die Transpiration ausgelösten Körpergeruchs, bei welchem schweißhemmende kosmetische Mittel (M1) mit speziellen Säuren oder deren Derivaten auf die menschliche Haut appliziert werden und für mindestens 1 Stunde am Applikationsort verbleiben. Der Einsatz der mindestens einen speziellen Säure oder deren Derivate in diesen Verfahren führt zu einer schweißhemmenden Wirkung bzw. zur Verminderung des durch Schweiß ausgelösten Körpergeruchs.The present invention relates to methods for reducing body perspiration and/or for reducing the body odour resulting from perspiration.
