The present invention relates to a continuous cultivation system for organic ginseng using multilevel cultivation tables, comprising: a facility which has a predetermined shape, and has vinyl placed on the roof so as to cover the facility from rain, and a first double-cloth shade that is placed on the vinyl such that an amount of light suitable for growing and developing ginseng can be transmitted and a second double-cloth shade that is provided on front, rear, left, and right sides of the facility such that air can flow smoothly therethrough； a plurality of multilevel cultivation tables which are arranged by being separated at a predetermined width in the facility, and which have cultivation tables using three or more stages of sandwich panels； a water supply device which has a water supply tank on one side of the facility, wherein water supply lines are connected up to each of the multilevel cultivation tables through a pump from the water supply tank and drippers are uniformly arranged by being branched to each cultivation table in the multilevel cultivation tables； and a ventilation window and an air flow fan which are provided in order to ventilate or circulate air on top of the multilevel cultivation tables that are the top tables within the facility. Thus, the present invention enables the easy cultivation of ginseng on the plurality of multilevel cultivation tables arranged within the facility and can sterilize soil on the cultivation tables by supplying high-temperature steam through perforated pipes, placed on the bottom of each cultivation table, after completing the harvesting of ginseng, and thus it is possible to continuously cultivate ginseng by solving the problem of repeated cultivation.
