The present invention relates to a composition comprising leelamine as an active ingredient for inducing CYP 2B enzyme. The leelamine of the present invention can be usefully used in drug metabolism studies for predicting drug interaction and co-administration as a novel and specific composition for inducing drug metabolizing enzyme, by strongly inducing activation of CYP 2B enzyme and representing selective induction capacity with respect to CYP 2B which is not engaged in the other CYP activation at the same time.본 발명은 렐라민을 유효성분으로 함유하는 CYP 2B 효소 유도용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 렐라민은 CYP 2B 효소의 활성을 강하게 유도하고, 동시에 다른 CYP 활성에는 관여하지 않는 CYP 2B에 대한 선택적 유도능을 나타내는 효과를 가지고 있어, 새로운 특이적 약물대사효소 유도용 조성물로서 약물상호작용 예측을 위한 약물대사 연구 및 병용투여(co-administration)에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
