The present invention relates to an electric shock insecticidal apparatus which reduces light and noise pollutions emitted to the outside. The present invention provides functions of: selectively converting an output voltage and a current provided to a grid electrode into an alternating current or a direct current； controlling the intensity of the converted output voltage and current； adjusting the degree in which light of an ultraviolet lamp is emitted to the outside by using an adjustment means or a light shielding layer for controlling the illuminance of the ultraviolet lamp； and enabling a high voltage grid electrode to easily be separated from a main body thereby enabling dead bodies of winged insects on the grid electrode to easily be disposed.
