Pharmaceutical formulations containing acetaminophen and sulfoalkyl ether cyclodextrin are described. The formulation includes acetaminophen； and sulfoalkyl ether cyclodextrin, wherein the molar ratio of sulfoalkyl ether cyclodextrin to acetaminophen is in the range of about 0.01 to about 2. The formulations can be prepared in an injectable form for mitigating or treating fever or alleviating pain in a patient.La présente invention concerne des formulations pharmaceutiques contenant de l'acétaminophène et de la sulfoalkyléther-cyclodextrine. La formulation comprend de l'acétaminophène； et de la sulfoalkyléther-cyclodextrine, le rapport molaire de sulfoalkyléther de cyclodextrine à l'acétaminophène étant dans la plage d'environ 0,01 à environ 2. Les formulations peuvent être préparées sous une forme injectable pour atténuer ou traiter la fièvre ou soulager la douleur chez un patient.
