PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent which successfully transits from a contracted state to an expanded state.SOLUTION: The stent 10 is formed into a cylindrical shape to be net-like as the entire shape by using a linear element. In addition, the stent 10 includes a plurality of annular parts 11 which have an annular shape continuing around an axis and are arranged in the axial direction and a plurality of connecting parts 12 which connect parts around the axis of the adjacent annular parts 11 to each other in a manner to integrate the respective annular parts 11. In the adjacent annular parts 11, one end of each connecting part 12 is connected to the outer circumferential side of a first turning part 13 in one annular part 11, and the other end is connected to the outer circumferential side of a second turning part 14 which is located to be closest to the first turning part 13 in the other annular part 11.
