PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve interlayer adhesion in a decorative coating film for decorating a surface of a base material.SOLUTION: A decorative coating film according to one embodiment includes: an inner film formed on a surface of a base material, such as a reel body for fishing and a translucent layer that is formed on the inner film and is translucent.
