The present invention relates to a compound according to formula (I) wherein R1 represents alkyl； n is 1 or 2； R2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, cyano, -SO2Ra, -SO2NRbRc, –C(O)Rb, phenyl and 5-and 6-membered heteroaryl or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, or solvates thereof. The invention relates further to said compounds for use in therapy, to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds, to methods of treating diseases, with said compounds, and to the use of said compounds in the manufacture of medicaments.La présente invention concerne un composé selon la formule (I) dans laquelle R1 représente un alkyle ； n vaut 1 ou 2 ； R2 est choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'hydrogène, le cyano, -SO2Ra, -SO2NRbRc, –C(O)Rb, un phényle et un hétéroaryle à 5 et 6 chaînons ou des sels, hydrates ou solvates pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci.
