PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for treatment capable of reducing the exposure dose of a radiation ray used for fluoroscopy.SOLUTION: A treatment device of the embodiment includes: a plurality of first irradiation sections a plurality of detection sections a judgement section and a control section. Each of the plurality of first irradiation sections emits a radiation ray to irradiate an analyte. Each of the plurality of detection sections detects the radiation ray penetrating through the analyte to generate an image on the basis of the radiation ray detected. The judgement section uses a prescribed image among the plurality of images to judge whether an object in the body of the analyte is included in a first region or not.
