[Problem] To provide a drone (an aircraft) which maintains a high level of safety even when operated by a non-expert. [Solution] During takeoff, this drone compares agricultural field data stored in the cloud and environmental data read from sensors, and performs control to prohibit takeoff when considered dangerous. In particular, in the case that between the agricultural field and the present position there are roads where a person or vehicle may be passing, and in the case that the drone is not arranged facing the direction of the entry route into the target agricultural field, it is preferable to prohibit takeoff. Further, a maintenance history is referred to, and in the case that prescribed maintenance has not been performed, it is preferable to prohibit takeoff.
