Disclosed are a biopsy device and a biopsy system for efficiently sampling tissue specimens by cutting tissues of a human body. The biopsy device of the present invention comprises: a needle; a cutter; a drive mechanism; a vacuum line; and an air inlet line. In the biopsy device for sampling tissue specimens by cutting tissues of a human body, the needle includes a blocked proximal end unit, a distal end unit, a passage, and a specimen receiving port formed on the outer surface adjoining to the distal end unit to be connected to the passage to receive tissues. The cutter is arranged in the passage of the needle to be rotatable and movable in a translational direction, and includes a proximal end unit placed inside the passage of the needle, a distal end unit placed outside the passage of the needle, and a passage connected to the passage of the needle. The drive mechanism rotates and moves the cutter in a translational direction. The vacuum line is connected to the passage of the cutter to absorb tissues and tissue specimens. The air inlet line connects the passage of the needle and the air outside the needle to make an internal space of the passage of the needle adjoining to the rear end in a tissue specimen transferring direction at atmospheric pressure, when absorbing tissue specimens. The biopsy system of the present invention comprises: a vacuum source connected to the vacuum line; and a solenoid actuator for opening and closing the passage by pressurizing and releasing a flexible tube of the air inlet line. The present invention generates a pressure difference between a front end and a rear end of the tissue specimen transferring direction by making the rear end of the tissue specimen transferring direction at atmospheric pressure while a low pressure at the front end of the tissue specimen transferring direction is formed due to the absorption of the vacuum source, thereby obtaining an effect of smoothly transferring the tissue specimens.본 발명은 인체 조직을 절개하여 조직
