PURPOSE: A cephalopoda trap equipped with a bait surface and a protrusive weight bump, and a method of capturing the cephalopoda using the same are provided to cut the manufacturing cost drastically and to give the variable sedimentation and bait retention properties. CONSTITUTION: A cephalopoda trap equipped with a bait surface and a protrusive weight bump includes: a floor surface(101) which has an inlet hole to accept the cephalopoda； an incline(102) which is formed as if it surrounds the partial circumference of the floor surface in the opposite side of the inlet hole； a rope connector which is formed on the incline in the opposite side of the inlet hole； a hollow horn(100)； and an outer protrusion(104) which is capable of enclosing the weight bump in an irregular shape and is formed in the internal space of the floor surface.두족류가 진입 가능한 유인구(106)가 형성된 바닥면(101)과 바닥면(101)의 적어도 일부를 비스듬히 감싸듯이 형성된 경사면(102)과 로프연결구(110) 그리고 내부에 무게추 수납공간과 미끼부착면이 형성된 공각체(100) 두 개를 이용한 포획구가 개시된다. 본 발명의 포획구 및 이를 이용한 포획방법은 경제적으로 대량 생산할 수 있도록 최대한 간단하면서도 기능적인 형상으로 공각체(100)을 만들었다. 공각체 두 개를 대칭으로 합치면 조개모양의 포획공간을 이루며, 공각체 외부에는 통상의 금속제 무게추를 모르타르(mortar)로 대체한 무게추가 수납 후 돌기형상으로 돌출되어 해저 바닥에서의 위치고정 역할을 하고 공각체 내부에는 도포된 액상의 미끼(동물의 지방질 등)를 조류에 흘려보내지 않고 최대한 움켜쥐는 역할을 하는 미끼 부착면이 형성된 것이 특징이다.본 포획구는 기존의 포획구와 비교하여 구조가 매우 간단하여 제조원가를 대폭 낮출 수 있으면서도 가변 침전 특성, 미끼 유지 특성 등 기능적 측면으로는 동등하거나 오히려 더 뛰어나다.또한 본 포획구는, 빠른 시간 내에 다수의 포획구에 미끼를 첨가할 수 있고, 한가지 형상의 공각체 부품으로만 운용되므로 부분적으로 파손된 포획구의 부품교환과 유지보수가 매우 편리하다. 따라서 대량의 포획구를 로프에 매달아 운용하는 쭈꾸미 어업에서 특히 뛰어난 생산성 향상효과가 있으며, 무게추 용 모르타르가 삽입되는 부분을 1~4 군데로 적절히 조절하여 침전 하중을 조절함으로써 각 지역별, 계절별로 폭넓게 변하는 해저특성에 유연하게 대처할 수 있다.
