The present invention relates to an implant fixture comprising a metallic bottom fixture (10) of a tapered shape having the diameter that becomes thinner from the top to the bottom； and a metallic abutment combined with the top surface of the bottom fixture (10), wherein a cap made of zirconium is wrapped on the top outer circumference of the abutment. In the present invention, the cap made of zirconium is wrapped on the top of the abutment so that the implant is strong and corrosion resistance is improved, a thread groove inside the bottom fixture is made of a composite material consisting of zirconium and other metals so that the implant is stably fixed and can be used for a long period； and a setscrew unit is further formed on the outer circumference of the bottom fixture so that the implant does not wobble and is not separated.본발명은 임플란트 고정체에 관한 것으로, 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 직경이 가늘어지는 테이퍼형상의 금속재질의 하부고정체(10)와； 상기 하부고정체(10) 상면에 결합되는 금속재질의 어버트먼트로 이루어지는 임플란트 고정체에 있어서, 상기 어버트먼트의 상부 외주에는 지르코늄 재질의 캡을 씌우는 것으로,본발명은 어버트먼트 상부에 지르코늄 재질의 캡이 씌워지게 되므로 임플란트의 강도가 크고, 내부식성이 양호하게 되며, 하부고정체 내부 나사홈이 금속과 지르코늄 복합재질로 이루어지므로, 임플란트가 안정적으로 설치고정되며 장기간 사용이 가능하며, 또한 하부고정체 외주에 고정나사부가 더 형성되므로 임플란트가 흔들리거나 이탈되지 않는다는 현저한 효과가 있다.
