PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of efficient irradiation with light in a multistage type culture system.SOLUTION: An incubator 20 for hydroponics is equipped with a plate-shaped member 30, a plurality of holding members 26 formed by penetrating the plate-shaped member 30 to hold agricultural products, and a light transmission area 28 provided adjacent to the holding member 26 so that the agricultural products is irradiated with the light at least from below the holding member 26 even if agricultural products grow up if it was formed so that the light penetrates from one side of a main surface to the other side of a main surface of the plate-shaped member 30, and agricultural products is held.
