The present invention relates to a sauce composition extracted from smoked tuna and a manufacturing method thereof. The composition is made by mixing: 80-88 wt% of a smoked tuna extract extracted by mixing water with smoked tuna fermented after smoking treatment, heating the mixture at 90-100°C, and compressing the same at a pressure of 2 KPa 3-7 wt% of a radish extract concentrated by mixing radish with water and heating the mixture 7-15 wt% of a kelp extract extracted by mixing kelp with water and heating the mixture 1-2 wt% of a shiitake extract and 0.05-0.07 wt% of a dried pepper extract.
