The proprietary extraction facility developed by the company provides the most advantageous position for the present project, which is applied to research and development of an environment-protective, no addition of chemical synthesis material, nontoxic and persistent mosquito repellent liquid by using natural lemon pericarp and Chinese herbal materials such as citronella, mint, calamus, liquorice, asarum and Nepeta cataria. The testing result shows that: (1) small-scaled and large-scaled extracted mosquito repellent liquid prescriptions can have mosquito repellent effect greater than 90% after eight-hour mosquito repellent testing (2) no DEET content exists in the tested sample (3) IC50 cell viability is 17% at most and (4) no allergic phenomenon occurs after the sample is tested by ten people in the form of allergic patch.本公司自行開發之專利萃取設備為本計畫最大技術優勢,以天然檸檬果皮及中藥材如香茅、薄荷、昌蒲、甘草、細辛及荊芥等材料,運用本公司專利萃取設備,研發環保、不加任何化學合成材料、無毒並具有長效性之防蚊液。檢測結果顯示:(1)小型萃取及大型萃取防蚊液配方,經由8小時防蚊檢測都達90%以上防蚊效果。(2)樣品檢測無DEET成分。(3) IC50細胞存活率最高為17%。(4)樣品經10人過敏貼布測試,並無過敏現象產生。
