PURPOSE: A rice straw cutter is provided to efficiently transfer rice straw to a cutting unit by forming a pressing board on a pushing member.CONSTITUTION: A rice straw cutter includes a frame unit, a cutting unit, a pressing unit(30), and a transferring unit. The frame unit includes a base unit(1) and a side unit(2). The pressing unit fixes rice straw in a cutting process. The transferring unit transfers the rice straw to the cutting unit. The transferring unit includes a pair of pushing members, which are symmetrically arranged in the rear side of the frame unit.
