The present invention provides an ultrasound diagnosis system comprising an ultrasound diagnosis device, and an external display device storing a user manual for the ultrasound diagnosis device. The ultrasound diagnosis device includes: a display unit displaying content on a state of the ultrasound diagnosis device and a state monitoring unit monitoring the state of the ultrasound diagnosis device. The state monitoring unit generates an indicator for indicating a position on the user manual corresponding to a state that the ultrasound diagnosis state is changed, and transmits the indicator to the external display device. The external display device determines the position on the user manual based on the indicator, and displays at least a portion of the user manual corresponding to the determined position.
