The present invention relates to a smart alarm mat for preventing pressure sore, which allows a pressure sore patient who is at risk for ulceration to be notified through an alarm of a cellular phone. A plurality of sensors is attached on the mat and recognizes respectively applying pressure and time. A sensor on a part which exceeds a reference level since a patient does not change a posture for a long time makes an alarm to allow a patient to recognize excess pressure and time.
