At least a portion of the flow path is a deformable tube (14). A clamping member (21) pinches the deformable tube (14) closed when no suction force is applied to the device and releases the tube (14) to open the flow path when suction is applied at the outlet (11), to provide uninterrupted flow from the reservoir (5) to the outlet (11).
