PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater organism-repellent coating having high anti-adhesion effects on underwater organisms.SOLUTION: The underwater organism-repellent coating is characterized by comprising piezoelectric particles subjected to a polarizing treatment, carbon fibers and a resin material.
