The invention constructs an activating KRASmutant but not p53-responsive promoter and generates an E1B-55kD-deleted (ΔE1B-55kD) adenovirus, harboring a transcriptionally activating transgene and holding lytic replication ability in the tumor cells with activating KRASmutant.
