PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelatinous finger disinfectant composition which exhibits reduced dispenser nozzle clogging though containing powder.SOLUTION: The invention provides a finger disinfectant composition containing following components (A), (B), (C), and (D). The component (A): one or more kinds selected from ethanol and isopropanol. The component (B): one or more kinds selected from carboxy vinyl polymer, acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer, and salts of them. The component (C): water-insoluble powder. The component (D): glycerin.
