An objective of the present invention is to provide an image diagnosis apparatus which simultaneously outputs an image for a surface of a subject and a tomographic image. According to embodiments of the present invention, the image diagnosis apparatus comprises: a first light source a light splitting unit to split a light emitted from the first light source into a reference light and an emission light a calculation unit to calculate tomographic image data of a photographing area from a first detection light wherein the emission light is reflected from a lower portion of a surface of the photographing area and the reference light a second light source emitted to the photographing area a photographing element to receive a second detection light wherein a light of the second light source is reflected from the surface of the photographing area to change the second detection light into an electrical signal and a display unit to display a tomographic image of the photographing area based on the tomographic image data calculated by the calculation unit, and display a surface image of the photographing area based on the signal converted by the photographing element.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 영상 진단 장치는, 제1 광원, 상기 제1 광원으로부터 출사된 빛을 기준광과 조사광으로 분리하는 광 분리부, 상기 조사광이 촬영 영역의 표면 하부에서 반사된 제1 검출광과 상기 기준광으로부터 상기 촬영 영역의 단층 화상 데이터를 연산하는 연산부, 상기 촬영 영역으로 조사되는 제2 광원, 상기 제2 광원의 빛이 상기 촬영 영역의 표면에서 반사된 제2 검출광을 수신하여 전기적 시그널로 변화하는 촬상 소자 및 상기 연산부에서 연산된 상기 단층 화상 데이터를 기초로 상기 촬영 영역의 단층 이미지를 표시하고, 상기 촬상 소자에서 변환된 시그널을 기초로 상기 촬영 영역의 표면 이미지를 표시하는 디스플레이부를 포함한다.
