This invention relates to a flexible instrument guiding device for single port laparoscopy which is placed on a surgical incision, comprising an incision maintaining device supported outside the surgical incision, a separation element, at least a flexible supporting part extended upward from the separation element, and at least a guiding member installed on the supporting part, wherein the incision maintaining device encircles a surgical passage penetrated at the center the separation element is disposed above the surgical passage to separate the inside and the outside of the surgical passage the support part flexibly supports the guiding member and the guiding member comprises a instrument passage and at least a check element disposed to the instrument passage. The guiding member is subject to force to affect the supporting part to bend, thereby changing the direction of the instrument passage opening. Utilizing the supporting part can make the guiding member erected on the separation element in normal state, and the bendable supporting part facilitates the guiding member to rotate in large angle.
