The present invention relates to a user terminal and a method for providing gaze information using an application installed in the user terminal to generate and provide an electronic chart optimized for ophthalmologic treatment. The method comprises the steps of: activating a camera when gaze recording is requested； acquiring at least one pupil image having a predetermined gaze direction through the camera while audio-visually guiding a user in a gaze direction necessary for the gaze recording； and generating an electronic chart including information about the pupil image and then providing the electronic chart to an external device through a communication module.본 발명은 사용자 단말 및 사용자 단말에 설치된 어플리케이션을 이용한 눈 움직임 정보 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 이는 시선 기록이 요청되면, 상기 카메라를 동작 활성화시키는 단계； 상기 시선 기록을 위해 필요한 시선 방향을 사용자에게 시청각적으로 안내하면서, 상기 카메라를 통해 기 설정된 시선 방향을 가지는 눈동자 영상을 적어도 하나 이상 획득하는 단계； 및 상기 눈동자 영상에 관한 정보를 포함하는 전자 챠트를 생성한 후, 상기 통신 모듈을 통해 외부 장치에 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
